Situation

The company surveys its employees across 20 country organizations and central functions. Every unit should receive its own results — identically structured, in the corporate design. The survey tool in use could not produce such individual reports; building them by hand would have tied up weeks, on highly confidential data.

Solution

From the survey tool’s export, an Excel model was built that serves each unit its own results, comparison values, and text. SlideFab links the model to the corporate template and generates every report in one run — locally, without survey data ever leaving the company. Built in co-creation over screen sharing: the HR team owned the model at the end, no separate handover needed.
