Situation

A benchmarking initiative in the utilities sector compares more than 100 companies every year. Each participant gets its own results report: its own figures against the competitive field, individually highlighted, across 40+ slides. That adds up to more than 4,000 slides a year — building them by hand was never an option.

Solution

One central Excel model holds the benchmarking data of all participants. The PowerPoint template defines the report structure once — SlideFab then generates each participant’s individual report: its own values, its own position in the field, data-driven highlights such as marking the participant’s own company in every comparison chart.
